style=\"text-align: Left;\"><span class=\"Standard_Text\">The Sunday School lesson this week is \"The Lord Is My Shepherd,\" which is based on Psalm 23.  This Psalm touches on fear, comfort, and the need for rest.  It can remind them that they are loved and accepted by God.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: Left;\"><span class=\"Standard_Text\">Let us pray: Gracious, loving God, Thank you for always being with us through the highs and the lows and especially for loving us always.  Fill us with love, courage, and wisdom so we can be an example of your love in our community and beyond.  Amen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: Left;\"><span class=\"Standard_Text\">Below are videos for this week's lesson so you can see an example of something that is used in class, especially in case your child is sick and cannot attend class. Click on the green buttons below to sign in and\/or create your username and password.    <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: Left;\"><span class=\"Black_Header_Text\">Logistics<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: Left;\"><span class=\"Standard_Text\">Sunday School classes began on Sunday, September 14, at 10 a.m. meeting in rooms 101-102 with classes running until late May or early June.  Click <a href=\"https:\/\/saintluke.formstack.com\/forms\/_sunday_school_registration\">here<\/a> or the registration button at the top of the page to register your child for Sunday School.  Though your child is welcome to attend if you do not register, registering provides important information about your child and provides the needed contact information so you can be kept informed about what is going on with the Children's Ministry at Saint Luke along with allergy, medical, and any other important info about your child.  While the Sunday School children meet, <a href=\"sluke.us\/index.php\/confirmation\/\">middle schoolers<\/a> and <a href=\"sluke.us\/index.php\/senior-high\/\">high school youth<\/a> also have classes and there is an adult education class called <a href=\"sluke.us\/index.php\/faithformation-adult\/\">Up for Discussion<\/a>.  There are also periodic adult classes led by Pastor Miller or others.    <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: Left;\"><span class=\"Standard_Text\">In addition to weekly Sunday School for PreK-5th graders, monthly events are also offered for toddlers through 5th graders and their families.  These events include social and service events such things as pumpkin painting and\/or carving, setting out food for the Food Pantry's annual Thanksgiving basket event for those in need in the community, decorating Christmas cookies, creating Valentine's for those in need of an extra dose of God's love from the community, an Easter egg hunt, and more.
