Special Congregation Meeting 7/19/2026 11:00am following the worship service.
(Voting will be open through July 22 5:00p.m.)

At the annual meeting, June 7, the congregation approved funding for the Saint Luke columbarium. Since then the contractor lifted up the deck and did final measurements and discovered the slope of the patio is a little greater than expected and this requires more granite. Thus, an increase in funding is needed. See below for the amended motion proposed.

Resolved that Saint Luke enter into the agreement with Fram Monument for a Columbarium containing 216 niches (2 urns can go in a niche)

Resolved that an oversight task force be created at the September Council meeting to develop guidelines and oversee the columbarium ministry once completed,

Resolved that the Columbarium be funded using the Pennington Fund at a not to exceed amount of $286,000 $315,500.
